A deep intense yellow straw colored dress with strong green tinges An aromatic explosion combined with scented fragrances and a concentrated and intense bouquet that make this wine charming and captivating. It releases notes of marshmallow, vanilla, almond flowers, white roses, cardamom, and oriental spices all nobly blended and without exuberance. This wine delivers a perfect harmony on the palate. It is soft to perfection, smooth, juicy and luscious as a ripe mango. Our Gewurtztraminer is an endless symphony of tastes that leaves you with a feeling of refinement and exception. Our Zinnkoepflé is vastly aromatic but still focused on its “terroir” (soil) And elegant and fresh nose reveals intense fruit aromas (exotic fruits, citrus…) and a slight touch of floral aromas. Only a great terroir can deliver such an aromatic power in this grape varietal. On the palate our wine offers structure and power, a balance between acidity and residual sugars very present. Final notes are longue but not heavy. This is a complex wine and can already be drunk and appreciate today as well as kept for aging. Pair with strong cheese, Asian dishes including raw fish and Moroccan lamb.

Our Zinnkoepflé is vastly aromatic but still focused on its “terroir” (soil)

Our Riesling possesses a beautiful citrusy elegance. The palate is ample but remains dry and straight in the final notes, perfectly balanced by an acidity typical from lime and standstony soils A soft and slightly acid & saline aftertaste which requires a good oxygenation. So patience! Pair with fine flesh fish, meat with sweet & sour sauce and certain exotic meals with spices.

DRYNESS/SWEETNESS SCALE (*): 1“DRY WINE”. A technically dry wine with a dry tasting feel.
