Vintage 2025

The year 2025 marks a historic turning point for the estate’s harvest, characterized by exceptional precocity.
Driven by an accelerated vegetative cycle due to heat and sunshine, the harvest was one of the earliest ever recorded, with crémants harvested as early as August 25 and still wines from September 1.
These unprecedented dates reflect the direct impact of climate change on the ripening of the grapes, which gained up to two degrees of potential alcohol per week in August, compared to the usual one degree.
The weather conditions, marked by a dry spring and early summer followed by rain in late July and early August, led to smaller bunches and lower yields.
Despite this, the quality of our grapes is excellent, with great sanitary purity, a good sugar/acidity balance, and thick, aromatic skins that have withstood the onslaught of bad weather in September.
The wines from our harvest have fresh and aromatic profiles, with beautiful tension and a great expression of the terroirs, conducive to aging.
The dry whites are distinguished by their liveliness and salinity, as well as their floral and fruity intensity. The Crémants benefit from lively bases and a mousse that promises finesse. The Pinot Noirs are crisp with an elegant tannic structure.
