Vintage 2021
The weather in 2021 was atypical and unpredictable.
Winter was harsh, with several snowy spells.
In March, spring was in the air and temperatures were in excess, suggesting an early vintage. However, the colder month of April caused the vines to fall behind.
The wet summer gave us a few problems with the health of our vines. Ripening was slowed down, leading us towards a later vintage.
Fortunately, a warmer, sunnier autumn gave us a good harvest!
Our juices have good acidity and an interesting minerality. We weren’t expecting that! Nature is always surprising!
